Le Kalyz brings together coworking, event rooms and a café under the mango trees — a premium work lounge, rooted here.
Why the place exists
We wanted a place you’d actually want to stay in.
Not another open-space. A living place, premium and warm, that brings Petite-Terre together around work, encounters and good coffee.
Le Kalyz started from a simple idea: in Mayotte, a workspace can be beautiful, calm and well-kept — without losing any of its openness and warmth. White walls, openwork claustra, raw wood, clean daylight, hushed lounge at night. We took care of every detail so that you settle in and stop wanting to leave.
From flex desks to private offices, from meeting rooms to rooftop evenings, with specialty coffee at the counter: it all lives under the same roof. You come in to work, you stay for the rest — and you end up feeling at home here.
The place is rooted in its island down to its materials: the low table, inlaid with wood cut in pebble shapes, nods back to the cup in the logo. Le Kalyz is Mayotte day to day, in its laid-back version.
The place
Take a look around.

Three worlds, one place
Work, meet, eat well.
Le Kalyz brings together three hubs under the mango trees. Each one stands on its own; together, they make the place.
Coworking & offices
Flex desks, private offices, meeting room. Light, fibre, AC, unlimited coffee — the day flies by.
Events & rooms
Concerts, exhibitions, workshops, afterworks — and meeting or training rooms to rent.
Café & Moon-Fusion
Specialty coffee at the counter, and the fusion cooking of our neighbour Moon-Fusion, right here.
What holds us together
Premium, but from here.
Three simple principles, found everywhere — from the counter to the rooftop.
Hospitality
A thoughtful welcome, a smooth and human experience. We show you around, you try a seat, you see for yourself.
Rooted in Mayotte
Lagoon, mango trees, claustra, handcrafted work. The place tells its island, without the postcard.
Community
Freelancers, teams, local partners — we learn, we share, we build together.
The best is to come and see.
49 Route Nationale, Pamandzi — Petite-Terre. We show you around, you try a seat, you see for yourself.
