2. Data Collected

• Contact form: name, email, message content. Optionally, consent to receive our newsletter if the box is checked.
• Newsletter: email (and possibly name) when you fill in the dedicated field in the footer.
• Technical data: IP address and user-agent related to security and anti-spam (server logging), not used for marketing purposes.
• Audience measurement (if you accepted it): page viewed, referring page, country, device and browser type. No cookie is set, no persistent identifier is kept, and no cross-site matching is performed.
• Performance measurement: page load and rendering times, associated with the URL viewed and the device type. These measurements are aggregated, without cookie or identifier, and serve only to fix slow pages.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

• Responding to your requests (contact form) — Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6-1-b GDPR).
• Sending news and events (newsletter) — Legal basis: consent (art. 6-1-a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
• Security, fraud prevention and logging — Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6-1-f GDPR).
• Audience measurement (most viewed pages, referrers) — Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Measurement is enabled only if you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time.
• Technical performance measurement (load times) — Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It uses no cookie or identifier, is strictly limited to our own needs and cannot identify you.

4. Recipients, Processors and Transfers

Data is processed by our authorized teams and by our technical providers acting as processors:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and page delivery, as well as audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) and performance measurement (Vercel Speed Insights).
• Supabase Inc.: database hosting and administration console accounts.
• Resend: transactional e‑mail delivery (confirmations, acknowledgements).

As some of these providers are established outside the European Union, your data may be transferred outside the EU. Such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards required under the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, set out in the data processing agreements concluded with each provider.

5. Data Retention Periods

• Contact: 12 months after the last useful interaction.
• Newsletter: until withdrawal of consent or 3 years after last contact.
• Technical logs: a few weeks maximum, for security purposes only.
• Audience and performance measurement: aggregated statistics kept for 25 months at most, with no data allowing you to be identified.
• Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which you are asked again.

• Audience measurement: Vercel Web Analytics, enabled only if you accept it. It sets no cookie and keeps no persistent identifier.
• Performance measurement: Vercel Speed Insights, always active. It sets no cookie, keeps no identifier and measures only page rendering speed. It relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the site fast, and is therefore not subject to consent.
